Shipping information

 

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from Embrace and the destination of your order, your shipping costs will vary. Your shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the weight and destination of your order, and will automatically update during the checkout process prior to the completion of your order.
By default, all orders are shipped standard via ground delivery. Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 4-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that shipping time may vary by province or state. If you wish to expedite your order, please contact us at info@embraceshop.com.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with carrier and order tracking information, which will allow you to track your order’s status. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to appear in the system.

Restrictions
We only ship from Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays within the United States.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes, Post Office address, Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canadian territories or a Military APO/FPO address may only be shipped via USA Post Office and it will not be expedited
All expedited orders require a street address in order to be processed.
Please note that remote locations will require an additional 2-5 days for delivery, for all shipping methods.
